The Social Network

The Niqab is made out of a 35mm print of The Social Network film. Even though the film was released in 2010 I have deliberately styled it so that it’s from no particular time period. A niqab has been worn by Muslim women for centuries and has remained the same since 35mm film was invented in the late 1800’s. Printed using pigment inks on Hahnemuehle Photo Rag (308gsm) a heavyweight fine art fade-resistant paper.
